Personal Profile

Zhang Qiaojun，Baoshan, Yunnan, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Baoshan Teachers College in 2007, and completed correspondence studies at Yunnan Academy of Arts in 2013. Currently serves as a fine arts teacher at Baoshan No.7 Middle School. In 2006–2007, participated in the "May Wind" exhibition at Baoshan Teachers College; oil paintings "Figure" and "Dali Erhai" both won first prize, and the oil painting "Home" was collected by the school; in 2008, multiple works were published in the New Life column of the Baoshan Daily; in 2009, oil paintings "Tile-Roofed Scene" and "Menglai Ferry — Transportation" were selected for the Baoshan City Art Association's exhibition commemorating the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China. In 2012, the oil painting "Autumn Rhythm" was selected for the exhibition hosted by the Baoshan City Artists Association and exhibited in Kunming, and was published in the association’s catalog. In 2012, the Baoshan City Artists Association compiled a photo album for me. In 2013, oil paintings "Bridge" and "Mangkuan Scene" were selected for the exhibition hosted by the Baoshan City Artists Association and received awards. In January 2016, five oil paintings were selected for the 2016 New Year’s Eve Student Works Joint Exhibition. In March 2016, two oil paintings were selected for the "Nostalgia 2016" Small-Scale Works Exhibition hosted by the Baoshan City Artists Association. In March 2016, the oil painting "Autumn" won third prize in the painting category of the Second "My Hometown" Photography and Painting Competition organized by the Yunnan Education Society. In July 2016, the oil painting "Mountain Family" was selected for the Baoshan City Exhibition of Fine Arts, Calligraphy, and Photography Commemorating the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China. In August 2017, the oil painting "Lotus Rhythm" was selected for the exhibition commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Long March Victory. In November 2017, the oil paintings "Sedimentation," "Traces of Time," and "True Meaning Beyond Words" were selected for the "Nostalgia — Beautiful Countryside Tour" exhibition.
