Yue Yongping, Art Name: Ink Sea Fragrant Books, has devoted his life to pursuing the art of calligraphy, seeking the fragrance of books within the sea of ink and uncovering the true essence of calligraphy culture through diligent study. Certified at Level 10 in Soft and Hard Brush Calligraphy by the Ministry of Culture of China; Member of the Calligraphy Association; Guest Professor at Yunnan Little Genius Art Education Calligraphy Creation Center; specializes in calligraphy creation. His calligraphy initially began with the study of Yan Zhenqing's regular script and copying inscriptions such as the Zhang Qian Stele. His style is profound and rustic, unconstrained by conventional rules, with free and vigorous brushwork, exuding grandeur. His works have been selected for stone carving installations in Kunming's gardens and parks; he has won multiple awards at national-level development zone calligraphy and painting exhibitions, honors from Kunming City’s Mass Culture System Fine Arts and Calligraphy Exhibition, and an Excellent Award at the 9th China Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition.
