Li Chaoping, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1953, a member of the Communist Party of China, pen name Bianjun. He graduated from the undergraduate program at the Central Party School of the CPC. At the age of 16, he put down his pen to join the military and served for 23 years in border defense units, primarily engaged in propaganda work. He subsequently became a member of the Inner Mongolia Photographers Association and the Inner Mongolia Hard-Pen Calligraphers Association.
After transitioning to civilian life, he studied under Master Jia Yao, known as the "King of Small Seal Script in Northwest China," focusing on Qin seal script and Han clerical script, and has won over ten awards in domestic and international exhibitions. He is currently a member of the China Famous Calligraphers Association, a member of the China Senior Painters and Calligraphers Research Society, Deputy Head of the Ninth Branch of the Inner Mongolia Poetry, Painting and Calligraphy Research Society, Deputy Secretary-General of the Generalissimo Smile Cultural Exchange Center of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the Hohhot City Calligraphers Association, a member of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Poetry Society, a member of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Calligraphy Education Professional Committee, and Deputy Group Leader of the Painting and Calligraphy Group at the Office of the "Hundred People, Hundred Groups, Ten Thousand People" Project for Cultural Talents in Hohhot. He has been honored with titles such as "Famous Contemporary Chinese Painter and Calligrapher," "Master of Zen Art," "Red Calligraphy Artist," "Model for Integrity Culture Construction," and "Outstanding Carrier of Chinese Ethnic Culture."
