Zhao Guoqing, courtesy name Tianyu, art name Tianshan Pavilion, nickname Hei Hu Yang, Taoist name Gao Yi. Has been fond of painting and calligraphy since childhood, currently a member of the China Artists Association,Master of Arts and Crafts, member of the Xinjiang Branch of the Calligraphers Association, council member of the China Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Artists Association, and member of the Steering Committee of Painting and Sketching China.
In 1992, his calligraphy works were included in Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy Masters' Ink Traces.
In 2004, his calligraphy works were compiled into the Dictionary and Illustrated Biographies of Chinese Contemporary Calligraphers.
In 2016, the Xinjiang Artists Association and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Artists Association jointly organized the Zhao Guoqing Art and Calligraphy Exhibition.
