Chen Ru

        Chen Ru, from Qionghai, Hainan Province, graduated from the Department of Applied Arts at the Art College of Hainan University, further studied at the Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University (formerly the Central Academy of Craft Art), and also studied at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. She specializes in pastel painting, abstract painting, and watercolor creation. She is a council member of the Chinese Pastel Art Alliance, a standing council member of the Hainan Women Painters Association, a standing committee member of the Hainan Youth Federation, a standing council member of the Hainan Youth Entrepreneurs Association, a standing council member of the Hainan Federation of Industry and Commerce Youth Entrepreneurs Association, and the president of the art exchange platform Eight-Nine Art Commune.
