Zhu Qingpan, Zhejiang Wenzhou native, born in 1963, enlisted in the army in 1982 (Party member), graduated from Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, returned to civilian work in 1990 at a crafts and fine arts factory, and later engaged in fine arts teaching at schools for many years.

Dean of Dongfangyun Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice Dean of Zhenan Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Director of International and Chinese Artists and Calligraphers Association, Renowned Contemporary Chinese Painter, Meritorious Painter of the Chinese People, Director of Navy Calligraphy and Painting Association, Currently mainly engaged in fine arts teaching.
