The 34th inheritor of the Dongyuan Movable-type Printing Technique (Wang Famwan), a native of Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province, was born in 1973 in Dongyuan Village, Pingyangkeng Town, located in the southwestern part of Rui'an City, which is known as the hometown of the world intangible cultural heritage, the Movable-type Printing Technique.

Master Wang Famwan's works have been published and issued by the United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Foundation and the American Philatelic Group on stamps, and are distributed in countries such as the United States, France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
His works have won numerous gold, silver awards, collection certificates, and Creator Star Awards.
In 1990, he began to learn the skills of Movable-type engraving and printing from his father, studying for ten years. To preserve the traditional Movable-type engraving technique, continue the family business, and promote and innovate Movable-type works, he has dedicated more than two decades of hard work. In order to further promote the development of the Movable-type culture industry, he founded the National Chain Study-Travel Experience Museum of the Movable-type Printing Technique in 2017, focusing on cultural enterprises with intangible cultural heritage assets and cultural industries.
To let more people know that there is still an ancient craft being passed down in Dongyuan, East China's Zhejiang Province, and that there is such a living fossil existing in the folk.
