Zhu Guangzhao, a native of Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, currently resides in Nanxun District, Huzhou, Zhejiang. He comes from an intellectual family and has been fond of calligraphy since childhood. He studied the Zhao style and excelled in golden small regular script. His works have won numerous national calligraphy competitions awards. The Beijing Academy of Painting and Calligraphy honored him with the title of "Artist of Both Virtue and Art". He is a member of the Calligraphy Education Research Association of Zhejiang Province, a member of the Calligraphers Association of Huzhou City, and a member of the Zhao Mengfu Calligraphy Research Association of Huzhou City. His work "A Bright Moon, Four Walls of Cool Breeze" was collected by the Great Hall of the People in Beijing in 2005. In the same year, his work "The Graceful Flow of Chinese Calligraphy" was selected and collected by the China (Eldercare) Calligraphy Competition. In 2017, his golden script running hand "Wuxing Fu" was featured in a special interview by the Focus program of Huzhou TV station. In 2018, his work "Ancient Poem" was included in the Eighth NanTaihu Art Festival Calligraphy Exhibition of Huzhou City. Zhu Guangzhao's golden small regular script is deeply loved and collected by many calligraphy enthusiasts. He hopes to create more exquisite works during his lifetime and make greater contributions to the inheritance of Chinese calligraphy art.
