Wang Jun, a native of Xi'an, Shaanxi, has loved art since childhood. He graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 2003. During his studies, he studied painting under renowned figure painters Chao Hai, Liu Yongjie, and Liu Xijie; famous green-blue landscape painters Wan Ding, Li Yunji, Jiang Yixiang, Chen Guoyong, and Professor Quan Jinhong from Southwest University. Inheriting his teachers' teachings and under their guidance, he practiced calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting, and seal carving. Over several decades, he has explored poetry, calligraphy, painting, and seal engraving, focusing primarily on landscape painting. Numerous well-known painters from across China have visited his mentor, Professor Chao Hai, in Weifang. He has long been engaged in fine arts and currently resides in Xi'an, where he is a member of the Shaanxi Provincial Artists Association. In 2003, he served as an art teacher at the附属 middle school of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts and simultaneously founded an art studio. In 2004, he was specially appointed as an artistic advisor by the Lanzhou Military Region General's Calligraphy and Painting Academy Xi'an Branch and the Old Soldiers University Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute. From September 2008 to July 2010, he worked part-time as an art teacher at No. 3 Middle School in Yongji City, Shanxi. From September 2010 to July 2012, he taught in the foundational art department at the Art Training Center of Qinghai Normal University. Since 2012, he has served as a professional instructor at Zhengda Art Tutorial School in Xi'an.
