Xiaohui Xiong, born in Shanghai, graduated from the Department of Arts at Shanghai Normal University. With 20 years of teaching experience, she is skilled in flower paintings, figure oil paintings and Chinese calligraphy. Her solid cultural and artistic foundation, free and skillful brushwork, profound concept, elegant and refined colors have formed a unique artistic style of Xiaohui Xiong. She is a multi-talented artist, her calligraphy shows great skill, elegant and delicate yet with strength, soft yet powerful, elegant and refined, bold and mature brushwork without losing delicacy, integrating inheritance and innovation, with a unique style.
Her works have been published in "Chinese Painting Annual", "Calligraphy and Painting Treasures" by the China Association for International Cultural Exchange, various domestic newspapers such as "Wen Hui Bao" and "Xin Min Evening News". Her works are exhibited every year at the Tokyo Art Museum by the Asian Artists Association. She won an international award last year, and her works are collected by art institutions and private collectors at home and abroad.
