Zhou Biao, male, born in Shanghai in December 1969, senior art teacher in middle school.
Graduated from Shanghai Xingzhi Art Normal School in 1988 with a major in art, skilled in watercolor, oil painting and ink painting,
2012 Art National Training Program for Art Professionals. Currently serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Pudong New Area Art Education Professional Committee, part-time researcher of the Pudong New Area Educational Development Institute, leading figure in the Pudong New Area Art Discipline, and leader of the Pudong New Area Art Discipline.
His works have been frequently selected for professional art exhibitions at national, municipal, and district levels. He has published multiple papers on art education in various journals, and has released a personal watercolor painting collection titled "Daru Ruoshui" (Wisdom Like Water).
