Zhou Fang, a young female painter, is currently a council member of the Ningxia Artists Association, Vice Chairman of the Zhongwei City Artists Association, and Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Zhongwei City Academy of Calligraphy and Painting.    In 2011, "Autumn at Sikou" was selected for the regional "Celebration of the Ningxia Autonomous Region Women's Congress" Fine Arts, Calligraphy, and Photography Exhibition. In 2012, "The Former Home of Migrants" won the "Excellent Award" at the Third National Cultural Ministry Painting Exhibition and the First Prize of the "Qunxing Award" from the Ningxia Autonomous Region Cultural Department. In 2013, "Shepherd Returning from Xiangshan" won the "Excellent Award" at the Second Regional Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition Celebrating the Spring Festival. In 2014, "The Place Where Su Wu Herded Sheep" was selected for the joint exhibition of fine art works from Gansu, Qinghai, and Ningxia provinces. In 2015, "The Yellow River Flows Through My Hometown" was selected for the Youth Fine Arts Exhibition hosted by the Ningxia Propaganda Department and the Ningxia Artists Association. In 2015, "The Path to Happiness" won the "Excellent Award" at the regional "Traffic Safety and Civilized Travel" Fine Arts Exhibition and was published in the creation anthology. In 2015, the works "Yellow River Families," "Mountain Village After Rain," "New Look of Liupan Mountain," and "Morning Melody at Changtan" were selected for the regional New Ten Scenic Spots Sketching and Creation Exhibition and published in the creation anthology of calligraphy and painting works. In 2016, the work "Smoke and Clouds over Liupan Mountain" was selected for the Ningxia Exhibition of Fine Arts Works Commemorating the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and the 80th Anniversary of the Red Army's Victory. "Desert Oasis, Chinese Dream" won the "Second Prize" at the regional "Colorful Ningxia" Five-City Painting, Calligraphy, and Photography Exhibition. In 2017, "New Recruits at the Base" was selected for the "Celebration of the 90th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army National Fine Arts Exhibition and the 13th National Military Fine Arts Exhibition," hosted by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and the China Artists Association. In 2017, the work "Spring Charm on the High Slope" was selected for the exhibition "Celebrating the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" in calligraphy, painting, and photography, hosted by the Ningxia Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Ningxia Artists Association.    In February 2018, "Yi Female Singer" was selected for the First China (Shenzhen) International Watercolor Biennale.   In March 2018, "Secluded Dwelling in the Mountains" was selected for the Ningxia Female Artists Masterpieces Exhibition.  Her fine art works have been frequently published in the "Ningxia Daily," "Huaxing Times," "Xin Xiaoxi Bao," "Zhongwei Daily," and the magazine "Shapotou." Her works have been selected for numerous major exhibitions.       Landscape works have been auctioned by Artron International Auction Company (Hong Kong). Her works are widely collected by international friends and prominent figures in China.
