Li Jia, male, Han ethnicity, born in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, CPC member, Level One Artist of the Ministry of Culture of China, member of the Inner Mongolia Artists Association, member of the China Artists Association, and Art Researcher at the Hohhot Nationality Art Museum, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
1998–2001: Studied at the Art Secondary School of the Art College, Inner Mongolia University.
2001–2002: Studied Russian language at the Khabarovsk International University of Languages, Russia.
2002–2008: Studied oil painting at the Far Eastern State Academy of Arts, Russia.
2008: Graduated with a Master’s degree and obtained the certificate of Art Expert.
Since 2008: Oil painting instructor at Hohhot Vocational College (International Education College), Inner Mongolia.
Currently serving as Art Examiner for the Far Eastern State Academy of Arts (China), Art Consultant for Xiamen Ivan Ilyia Education Consulting Co., Ltd., Head of the Inner Mongolia Office of Xiamen Ivan Ilyia Education Consulting Co., Ltd., and Art Consultant for the Art Exchange Department between Far Eastern Russia and China.
