Ning Baorong, male, Mongolian, born in February 1959. Pen name: "Master of Ink Fragrance." He holds a college diploma from Chifeng College and holds the title of Senior Middle School Teacher. He retired in February 2019 and previously served as Vice Principal of the Fourth Primary School of Jinshan, Karachin Banner.
      He has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood. Starting from the third grade of elementary school, he consistently practiced writing with both fountain pens and brush pens; at age 12, he began writing Spring Festival couplets. Since joining the education sector in September 1976, he has never interrupted his practice of soft-brush calligraphy. In July 2014, he joined the Karachin Calligraphy Society. In January 2015, he was appointed Academician of the Karachin Painting and Calligraphy Academy. In March of the same year, he became a member of the Chifeng Elderly Calligraphy Society. In May 2016, he joined the Chifeng Branch of the Capital Painting and Calligraphy Academy and became a disciple of Master Su Tao, known as the "Northern Divine Brush," devoting himself to intensive calligraphy training. In September 2018, he was appointed Chief Academician of the Huiquan Painting and Calligraphy Academy at Wanfo Temple in Chifeng. In July 2019, he became a member of the China Association for Research on Elderly Painting and Calligraphy. In 2020, he became a member of the Inner Mongolia Elderly Painting and Calligraphy Society; in May of the same year, he became a member of the Chifeng Calligraphy Association.
