Yuan Jinghui, known as the Master of Mochan Studio, is a retired official. He is currently a research fellow of the China Association for Elderly Calligraphy and Painting, a member of the Inner Mongolia Ancient Year Calligraphy and Painting Association, a member of the Tongliao City Calligraphers Association, deputy director of the Office of the Calligraphy and Painting Committee of the Tongliao City Elderly Sports Association, and an editor of the Tongliao "Calligraphy and Painting Newsletter".

Since childhood, Yuan Jinghui has been deeply devoted to calligraphy, studying various scripts with particular proficiency in clerical and seal script. Starting from the 1970s and 1980s, his works have been published in local and national newspapers and magazines, and he has won numerous awards at municipal, regional, and national-level calligraphy and painting exhibitions. He has held multiple solo exhibitions and has been honored by institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Art with titles including "Most Influential Red Classic Artist" and "Contemporary Master of Calligraphy and Painting." He has also been awarded the honorary title of "Inner Mongolia Elderly Calligrapher and Painter" by the Inner Mongolia Association for Elderly Calligraphy and Painting.
