   Su Jiu Huang, formerly known by pen names such as Su Xing and Jiuge, also called Dongpo Jushi. Male, Han ethnicity, from Shaoyang, Hunan Province, ancestral home in Anhua, university-educated, a 70s-era spiritual seeker in the urban environment.
       Since childhood, he has inherited his family’s knowledge of the I Ching and has devoted many years to the study of Yi studies, extensively reading hundreds of classical texts. He has traveled multiple times to southern China, visiting famous mountains and rivers, seeking out elder masters, and sincerely exploring the essence of Yi studies, leaving footprints across China. In the early 1990s, he unexpectedly encountered extraordinary individuals who guided him, leading to a deeper understanding of Yi principles and theories. His research encompasses various aspects of traditional Chinese metaphysics. He specializes in birth chart fortune calculation, I Ching divination, feng shui design and planning, naming strategies, successful life planning, entrepreneurial success planning, and predictions regarding marriage, career, wealth, family, children, and future development.
       Raised under his mother’s spiritual influence, he has had a natural affinity for Buddhism. While moving to Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, he had the opportunity to exchange ideas with feng shui masters from Hong Kong and Taiwan, forming connections with eminent Buddhist monks and senior feng shui masters. He diligently studied and gained broad knowledge of various schools of feng shui and geography, carefully discarding superstitions while absorbing their essential wisdom and integrating them into a coherent system.
       Throughout his life, he advocates the principle of “Cheng” (Sincerity): be honest in character, act with sincerity, and conduct business with integrity. The character “Cheng” itself symbolizes honesty and trustworthiness—“one word is worth nine tripods!” Because of this, his reputation has spread throughout coastal cities and provinces nationwide, leaving profound impressions on numerous renowned enterprises and distinguished members of society.
       Mr. Su Jiu Huang has been invited to provide layout planning services for high-end clients in twenty-six major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. He has designed layouts for sixty-eight residential communities, large and medium-sized hotels, inns, and shopping malls, achieving excellent results and receiving high praise from clients. He has also been interviewed by multiple media outlets, such as Global Times, Malaysia’s Guang Hua Daily, and New Strait Times; reports about him have appeared on major portals like Sina and Sohu. He has been invited to Singapore, Malaysia, and other countries to deliver lectures on I Ching culture, generating enthusiastic responses.
       Currently residing in a quiet corner of southwestern Hunan—the ancient imperial city of Duliang Wugang—he deeply studies historical classics such as the Yizhuan and the I Ching. He integrates classical feng shui with modern architectural and environmental landscape methods, focusing on ecological feng shui restoration. Through authentic and scientific feng shui theory, he demonstrates the efficacy of traditional Chinese mystical culture. He firmly believes in orthodox, scientific feng shui and rejects江湖术 (charlatan practices). He aims to make feng shui practical and accessible, professionally offering services such as dragon-spotting, feng shui date selection, naming and name-changing, enhancing household prosperity, and geomantic analysis. He strives to guide those destined to meet him, applying his expertise to bring good fortune to others!
       Looking back, after years of hard work in the Special Economic Zone, he once served as Executive Director of Shenzhen Chaoxin Industrial Co., Ltd. and Business Director of Vietnam Guanya Paper Products. He now resides in the ancient imperial city of Duliang Wugang, where he founded Duliang Wugang Cultural Communication and Jiuhuang Xiangyuan Pavilion.
       With over twenty years of social engagement, he has consistently remained on the front lines of science, industry, and literature. His professional pursuits span literary creation, calligraphy and painting, sculpture, Yi studies and feng shui, and art and antique collection. He is currently a member of the China Jiusan Society, and serves as a council member of the Wugang City Calligraphy Association, Writers Association, Music Literature Association, and Antique Association, as well as Regional Director for multiple new media platforms including Party Newspaper Headlines, New Rural, and China Environmental News Network.
       His major works include the novel “After Heading South,” his reflections on Yi philosophy titled “Guoxue, Buddhism, Fengshui, and Destiny,” and the film screenplay “Blood Love.”
