Personal Profile

Guo Yiming was born in 1956 into a farming family in Jiahe County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. He graduated from Jiahe No.2 High School in 1973, joined the military in 1976 to train with guns and swords, participated in the Vietnam Self-Defense Counterattack War in 1979, and after retiring from the military in 1982, worked in architectural design and construction, as well as the design and installation of mining equipment. In the past two years, since retirement, he has taken up calligraphy practice to realize his personal value and improve his calligraphy skills, learning from teachers through the Calligraphers and Painters Encyclopedia platform!
