Wang Huan, Zi Lezhi, also known as Langlu. Born in 1992, from Lingling, Hunan. Graduated from the Calligraphy Department of Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology in 2014. Currently serves as a mentor at Huimin Academy Studio, instructor at Meilingshieryou Private School, and works at the Art College of Hunan Specialized College of Social Sciences. Studied under contemporary calligraphers of middle age and youth such as Mr. He Xiangyang, Mr. Zeng Qingxun, Mr. Wu Haiyong, Mr. Zhang Qiliang, among others. Grounded in traditional letter-style calligraphy, as a devoted inheritor of contemporary traditional letter-style calligraphy, his brushwork is rational and composed, exuding an ancient charm. Enjoys collecting albums and calligraphy models, deeply fond of traditional Chinese scholarship. Approaches calligraphy with rationality and meticulous attention, especially emphasizing brush technique and lines, pursuing the vital resonance between characters, drawing inspiration from Jin and Tang dynasties, pursuing a refined and elegant path in calligraphy. In 2014, he traveled to Beijing's Liulichang to study by copying masterpieces, earning recognition from several masters of the China Calligraphers Association; in 2015, he participated in the Hunan Province Educators' Calligraphy and Art Exhibition and won the Second Prize; in 2016, he was invited to participate in the Hunan Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, receiving high praise from the judges; in 2017, his six-foot running script work "Han Jí Àn Zhuan," as well as his regular script album leaves "Yueyang Tower Record" and "Small Stone Pond Record" were auctioned and collected. In 2018, he went to the China Academy of Art for further study, deepening his understanding of calligraphy.
