Mr. Li Yuechang, styled as the Old Man of Moonlight, is a renowned artist in China, a lifetime achiever of the National Arts and Crafts Masters Award, and an artist of both moral integrity and artistic excellence. He was once appointed by the former Ministry of Light Industry of the State and the State Bureau of Quality Supervision and Inspection as the Secretary-General of the National Fireworks Standardization Technical Committee. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of the China Academy of Arts and Crafts, the Vice President of the National Academy of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, a master of Chinese arts and crafts, a guest professor at the Academy of Arts and Design of Tsinghua University, a first-class national artist, a researcher of the China Fine Arts Research Association, a member of the New Literature and Art Committee of the China Artists Association for Friendship, the Director of the Creation and Exhibition Department of the China International Academy of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, a councilor of the China Arts and Crafts Association, a standing councilor of the China National Painting Association, and a member of the Hunan Province Fine Arts Association.
