 Zhang Fenghua, born in January 1989 in Fusong County, Jilin Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as an advisor to the Hanlin Academy at the Asian Village in Beijing, a council member of the China International Cultural Exchange Association for Children and Youth, a member of the China Youth Calligraphers Association, a member of the World Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association, a member of the Beijing Board-Style Calligraphers Association, a member of the Jilin Province Calligraphers Association, a member of the Baishan City Calligraphers Association, a member of the Fusong County Calligraphers Association, an artistic exchange advisor for the People's Armed Forces Department of Chi Xi District, Changbai Mountain Management Committee, an honorary artistic advisor for Fusong County Vocational and Technical Secondary School, a member of the Changbai Mountain Artists Association, a member of the Changbai Mountain Calligraphers Association, the liaison station chief of the magazine "Jilin Celebrities," a Jilin Province Master of Arts and Crafts, and vice chairman of the Songjianghe Calligraphers Association. He graduated from Shandong Radio and Television University in 2011. He studied calligraphy under Mr. Lu Huazhong, one of the top ten contemporary landscape painters, director of the Capital Institute of Chinese Landscape Painting, and researcher in Chinese calligraphy and painting theory and creation. He also studied under Mr. Zhang Lu, vice chairman of the China Micro-carving Association, professor at the Liaoning Academy of Literature, and calligrapher. In 2013, he furthered his studies at the China Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University. Since childhood, guided by his father, he developed a strong interest in brush writing, and by his youth, his calligraphy studies had become systematic. Since 2008, he has devoted himself tirelessly to the art of calligraphy. Since 2013, he has specialized in the style of Wang Duo. His works have been awarded in numerous provincial and international calligraphy competitions and have been included in various art dictionaries and collected by museums across the country.  
 Award History         In 2009, he won the second prize in the Jilin Province Youth Science and Technology Art Competition for soft-brush calligraphy. In 2009, he won the second prize in the Jilin Province New Youth Hard-Pen Calligraphy Competition. In 2010, he won the third prize in the Fusong County Centennial Celebration "Ink and Brush in the Countryside" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. In 2011, he won two gold medals and one silver medal in the National Hope Forest Cup Calligraphy Competition. In 2012, he won the outstanding award in the Fusong County Environmental Protection Cup Calligraphy Exhibition. In 2013, he won the second prize in the Baishan City Food Safety Cup Calligraphy Exhibition. In 2014, he won the first prize in the Global Chinese Overseas Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2014, his work was selected for the Red Sorghum Cup National Calligraphy Competition.  In 2015, he won the second prize and was selected for the Jilin Province Farmers' Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2015, he won the first prize and was selected for the Beijing Pomegranate Gathering Ink and Brush Calligraphy Competition. In 2016, he won the first prize and was selected for the Changbai Mountain Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition.  In 2017, his work was selected for the National Calligraphy Competition commemorating the 20th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return. Membership Process: In 2010, he was admitted as a member of the Fusong County Calligraphers Association. In 2011, he was admitted as a member of the Baishan City Calligraphers Association. In 2012, he was admitted as a member of the China Youth Calligraphers Association. In 2012, he was admitted as a member of the World Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association. In 2013, he was admitted as a member of the Changbai Mountain Artists Association. In 2014, he was admitted as a member of the Jilin Province Calligraphers Association. In 2016, he was admitted as a member of the Changbai Mountain Calligraphers Association. In 2015, he was admitted as a member of the Beijing Board-Style Calligraphers Association. Appointments: In 2012, he was appointed as a council member of the China International Cultural Exchange Association for Children and Youth. In 2013, he was appointed as an honorary artistic advisor by Fusong County Vocational and Technical Secondary School. In 2013, he was appointed as an artistic exchange advisor by the People's Armed Forces Department of Chi Xi District, Changbai Mountain Management Committee. In 2017, he was appointed as liaison station chief by the magazine "Jilin Celebrities."
