  Liu Xiren, styled Xingchen, art name Liuyin Jushi, master of Yifang Studio. Manchu, Bordered Yellow Banner. Ancestral home: Liaoning Benxi; born in Jilin Dongfeng; raised in Liuhe, Jilin; currently resides in Beijing. Currently serving as Vice President of the China Art Name Calligraphy and Painting Academy. Resident artist of the National Ethnic Painting Academy. Senior Calligrapher and Painter, Ministry of Culture.         In October 2006, as a member of the Chinese cultural delegation, he visited South Korea to participate in the Seoraksan Cultural Festival; his works were exhibited in Seoul and won the Gold Award.           In 2012, he was invited to attend the launch event of the calligraphy collection of Duan Chenggui, Standing Committee Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Advisor to the China Calligraphers Association.           In spring 2013, his long scroll painting "The Eight Manifestations of Sakyamuni Buddha's Attainment of Enlightenment" was collected by the Sutra Repository of Famen Temple in Shaanxi. In July, he was invited to participate in the "Peace Prayer Calligraphy and Painting Symposium" hosted by the United Nations Cultural and Art Federation and the World Cultural Art Foundation to commemorate the "68th United Nations Day."           In 2014, he won the top prize, the Golden Brush Award, at the CCTV Green China Television Calligraphy and Painting Competition. His work "Moving Toward Brilliance" was auctioned on-site for RMB 250,000 and donated entirely to public greenery initiatives.           In June 2016, at the Belt and Road Summit held in Beijing, his elephant-themed work "Moving Toward Brilliance" was presented as a state gift to Mr. Esperon, Minister of National Defense of the Philippines.           In January 2018, he was invited to participate in cultural activities at the Red Culture Base "Qi Family Former Residence" in Gaoyang, Baoding. He created an elephant-themed artwork titled "Unity and Cooperation for Brilliance" for the residence. This piece, together with his earlier calligraphy work "The Rising Sun," is now displayed at the Qi Family Former Residence.
