Fu Rao: Original name Fu Bo, studio name Wolong Caotang. Born in 1965 in Changtu County, Liaoning Province, currently residing in Siping City, Jilin Province. Member of the Jilin Provincial Artists Association; Academician of the Painting and Calligraphy Academy of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Professional painter at the Siping City Painting and Calligraphy Academy; Academician of the Painting and Calligraphy Academy of the Siping Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Member of the Siping City Fine Brushwork Painting Society.
