Zhang Wei, also known as Master of Yunmo Studio, is from Jilin. He currently serves as Director of the Guangxi Yincheng Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a specially invited calligrapher of the Southern Branch of the Calligraphy Academy at the Central Institute of Literature and History, a member of the Chinese Association for Bangshu Art Research, and a member of the Guangxi Provincial Calligraphers Association.
His calligraphy works have been selected for national, provincial, and municipal exhibitions such as the Hong Kong China Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, the Sino-Japanese Friendship Calligraphy Exhibition, the Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy Art Exhibition, Jilin Province's "Crossing the Century" Calligraphy Exhibition, and Jilin Province's "Great Wang Stele" Masterpiece Calligraphy Invitation Exhibition, among others, and have received awards. His works have been exhibited successively in Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other regions. His calligraphy pieces are collected by institutions including the State Guesthouse Diaoyutai, Longhua Temple in Shaoxing, the Shanxi Provincial Folk Museum, the Ningxia Guyuan Museum, the French Château Luyue, and the Embassy of Cambodia in China. Art media outlets such as Taiwan's "Wind Direction" Magazine, China's "Jianbao" Magazine, Hong Kong and Macao's "Fortune Weekly" Magazine, the Overseas Edition of "Calligraphy and Painting Daily of the Straits," and the "People's Art Newspaper" have provided comprehensive coverage and reporting. He has published the book "Collection of Zhang Wei's Calligraphy Works."
