Wang Yunliang, male, also known as Budian Weng and a native of Longtou Mountain. Born in 1964 in Jilin Songjianghe. Graduated from the China Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University.
      Currently a National First-Class Artist, researcher at the Zhongxuan Shengshi International Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, member of the National Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Art Federation, member of the China-foreign Celebrities Research Association, vice president of the Beijing Gujin Hanmo Calligraphy and Painting Academy, president of the Changbai Mountain Yunliang Calligraphy and Painting Garden, member of the Chinese Association for the Study of Couplets and Calligraphy Art, member of the New Artistic Community Committee of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of the Jilin Provincial Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, member of the Baishan City Artists Association, member of the Fushun County Calligraphers Association, member of the Baishan City Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, and member of the Fushun County Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. He once studied calligraphy and painting under the renowned artist Mr. Lu Huaizhong and furthered his studies in fine arts at the Fine Arts Department of Jilin Education College. With the dedicated guidance of his master, he has devoted himself to the study of calligraphy and painting and gained profound insights. His works have won awards in numerous exhibitions. Having taught fine arts for many years, he won first prize in the Fushun County Fine Arts Teacher Basic Skills Competition and received the award for Outstanding Guidance Teacher, successfully mentoring dozens of students into secondary art schools.
       In 2016, he founded the Yunliang Calligraphy and Painting Garden to continue artistic creation and promote traditional culture. In 2018, his work was officially included in the "2019 Culture Enters Every Home Fine Calendar" after verification by the Cultural Promotion Committee of China, and selected for inclusion in the "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Yearbook." He was recommended as one of the "Most Collectible Calligraphy and Painting Masters in China." In July 2019, his calligraphy and painting artworks were rigorously evaluated and appraised by the Huaxia Culture Calligraphy and Painting Expert Committee's Appraisal and Evaluation Committee according to established standards, with market prices determined at RMB 3,000 to 5,000 per square foot. His works embody the essence of tradition while demonstrating innovation, appealing to both refined and popular tastes, and are widely admired and collected by people from all walks of life.
