Personal Profile

Zheng Zijian, male, born in December 1954. He is a member of the Tianjin Calligraphers Association and a member of the Tianjin Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He has served as a representative of the Fifth and Sixth Party Congress of the Communist Party of Tianjin City's Jinghai District. Since childhood, he has been interested in studying calligraphy, and has successively studied under famous masters such as Zhou Erfu, Wang Xuezhou, and Meng Zhaoli. Under the guidance and encouragement of these masters, his calligraphy skills have become increasingly perfect. His works are imbued with an ancient charm, being free-spirited and powerful, bold and elegant, with high taste and a strong scholarly atmosphere, which are highly favored and welcomed by calligraphy enthusiasts and collectors. His works have participated in local and out-of-town exhibitions, and have had a considerable influence domestically, with many places competing to order them, and a large number of works have been sold to Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong and Taiwan regions.
