Personal Profile

Zheng Xiuyun "Yiyun Pavilion" Tangshan City, National First-Class Artistic Designer, now resides in Tianjin Beichen District. She has loved painting since childhood. After moving to Tianjin, she studied freehand flower-and-bird painting under the famous freehand painter Wang Xuechuan, and furthered her studies in freehand flower-and-bird painting in the advanced class of the famous Shanghai School painter Mei Ruo. She also learned freehand flower-and-bird painting from the renowned painter Ma Jinliang, and has always been studying freehand flower-and-bird painting and landscapes with the renowned landscape painter Chen He. Under the careful guidance of these mentors, she pursued her childhood dreams with diligence and seriousness. Many of her works have been collected by friends across the country, and some works have been collected by friends from South Korea, New Zealand, the United States, and Taiwan. Her work "Bamboo and Stone" won the Special Award at the 2015 China-South Korea Calligraphy and Painting Culture Invitation Exchange Exhibition. In the 2016 Second "March 8th" Jingjinji Famous Female Painters' Works Invitation Exhibition, she was invited to publish the work "Bamboo Reports Peace". The work "Flowers Bloom Prosperity" won the honor certificate in the "Chinese Children Always Follow the Party, Dream of China Public Welfare Activities". In February 2017, her work "Morning Glow Fragrance" won the first prize in the "Eternal Female Red Army Soldier Wang Dingguo's Centenary Legend Exhibition". In September 2017, she won the third prize in the First Qi Baishi Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. In October, she received the Outstanding Award in the Tenth National Arts Competition. In November 2017, she won the second prize in the "Nan Huang Bei Qi Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2018, she received the Outstanding Award in the Third and Fourth National Calligraphy and Painting Competitions. Some of her works were published in the "Calligraphy and Painting Masters' Charm" published by Chen He in 2015 and in the "Ink Masterpieces" in 2016. In April 2019, her works "Flowers Bloom Prosperity" and "The Sun Rises in the East" were published in the "Chinese Calligraphers and Painters - Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the Nation" Special Edition. In 2019, she won the Silver Award in the Second Competition on the Contemporary Chinese Art Network and her work was published in the Art Competition Book. She is now a member of the China Xiahua Wanzhi Travel Calligraphy and Painting Association, a special painter of the Longzhihun Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute of Jinan, Shandong, the Director of the Painting Department of the Chinese Yanhuang Calligraphy and Painting Association, the Vice President of the Dayou Qianjing Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Beijing, a member of the Oriental Art天地, the Honorary President of the Peony Art Research Institute of Heze City, a signed painter of the Calligraphy and Painting Natural Network, a member of the Jizhuang Peony Chinese Painting Academy in Beijing, a member of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Collection Network, and a correspondent of the "Painting China" Channel of the Chinese Ministry Website.
