Yang Deli, a fish painter from Northern Jiangsu, member of the China International Arts and Crafts Association, Hong Kong International Calligraphers and Painters Exchange Association, Jiangsu Provincial Artists' Association and Calligraphers' Association. His Chinese paintings, such as lotus and carp, cold fragrance, after rain, fish leaping over the dragon gate, and mandarin fish, have been frequently exhibited in galleries and exhibition halls such as the China Art Museum and the Jiangsu Art Museum. His works have been included in the "Chinese Painting Masters Dictionary", "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters" Star Dictionary and other collections. He has held more than ten large-scale personal calligraphy and painting exhibitions domestically. He has published three volumes of calligraphy and painting works. In February 2017, according to the review by experts of the American Stamp Group Stamp Artist Evaluation Committee, he was successfully selected as a stamp figure of outstanding Chinese artists between China and the United States, and was rated as an outstanding Chinese artist.
