Fan Xiaomang, born in 1958 in Wuxi, Jiangsu, is a National First-Class Artistic Professional, member of the Chinese Artists Association, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the China Arts and Crafts Society, committee member of the Hong Kong Artists Association, Honorary Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Professional Calligraphers and Painters Association, reviewer of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Professional Committee of the Chinese Popular Culture Association under the Ministry of Culture, senior academician of the China Painting and Calligraphy Academy, vice president of the Anhui Branch of the China Painting and Calligraphy Academy, standing councilor of the Chinese Education Television Station "Mushui Danqing" Painting and Calligraphy Academy, vice president of the Hefei Evening News Painting and Calligraphy Academy of Hefei Media Group, and recommended art master by the Chinese Painting Journal Network.
