Jin Qingfeng, Han ethnicity, styled Oujie Zhengzhi, hails from Yongjia, Zhejiang, now belonging to Wenzhou. Since childhood, he has been deeply influenced by the literary and historical traditions of the Yongjia School, and studied calligraphy and painting under two renowned mentors, Mr. Bai Xuzhi and Mr. Zhou Yuelin. He has long practiced imitating Qin and Han dynasty clerical scripts and studying the running scripts of the Two Wangs, persisting diligently for decades. Occasionally, he exchanges artistic insights with celebrated artists such as Lin Jiandan, Wang Tinghan, and Pan Huiping. His calligraphy adheres to lofty classical models and aspires to great heights; his brushstrokes are robust and vigorous, naturally elegant and dynamic, forming a distinctive personal style. Today, he continues steadfastly, widely absorbing diverse influences, integrating them thoroughly, and striving for innovation, making renewed contributions to promoting the quintessential art of China. He currently serves as Standing Director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association under the EU Cultural General Administration, President of the Wenzhou Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute at China Ceramic Art Mall, and Executive President of the Yongjia Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Wenzhou.
