 Jia Qianqian (formerly known as Jia Yanmei), whose father is a calligrapher, loves all beautiful things and pursues a painting style that is free-spirited, elegant, aesthetic, and dreamlike. She studied at the former Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University, under the tutelage of military artist Dong Xinmin and received one-on-one instruction from Teacher Zhang at the Chinese Painting Department of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University. Drawing widely from various masters, she has studied and copied the techniques and masterpieces of renowned artists such as Zhao Shao’ang, Lu Yuezi, Xue Linxing, Feng Zengmu, Yao Youduo, Liu Shaoyong, Ya Ming, Ji Zhenmin, and Liu Cunhui. Her works have been exhibited at venues including Poly International Exhibition in Beijing, Shenyang Art Museum, Cangzhou, and Taiwan, and have been collected by art institutions and individuals both domestically and internationally. She is currently a specially appointed painter at the Paris International Art Center, a visiting professor at the Jiuzhou Fenglin International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, an outstanding researcher at the China International Calligraphy and Painting Research Center, a National First-Class Artist, a member of the China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Masters Association, a council member of the Beijing Huaxia Lanting Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Folk Calligraphers and Painters Artists Association, and an academician of the Huaxia Xiyanghong Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute.
