    Zheng Jinyu, a disciple of the Qi School passed down through China’s Celebrity Mansion, pen name Jinmo, was born in July 1977 in Pujiang County, a renowned hometown of calligraphy and painting. Holding a university degree, he has been passionately devoted to calligraphy since childhood, having practiced imitating the works of Wang Xizhi and Yan Zhenqing for several decades. He has also deeply studied the calligraphic styles of Wang Duo, He Shaoji, and other masters, adhering firmly to tradition while absorbing elements from various schools. He avoids pursuing eccentric innovations or popular secular trends, thus developing his own distinctive calligraphic style. Particularly skilled in running and cursive scripts, his works exhibit an ancient and noble spirit, radiating vitality and forming a unique personal style. He graduated from the South China College of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting University and received training at the Chinese Academy of Art’s calligraphy program. Later, he became a disciple of Liu Jincai, Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association. Currently, he serves as a Council Member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Council Member of the International Chinese Artists Association, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Southern Zhejiang Committee of the International Chinese Artists Association, Member of the China Collectors Association, Council Member of the Beijing Shangqing Art Research Institute, Standing Council Member of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Committee, Inheritor of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritage in Traditional Arts, and Member of the National Photography Association. His works have won numerous awards across the country. Pieces such as “High Mountains and Flowing Water,” “The Sea Embraces All Rivers,” and “Essence, Energy, and Spirit” have been collected by the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, celebrities, and leaders from all walks of life. Currently, the Beijing Shangqing Art Research Institute, the Chinese Appraisers Association, the Editorial Board of China Artwork Price Yearbook, and the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Pricing Center have officially recognized his domestic market price as 4,000 RMB per square foot and his international market price as 1,000 USD per square foot.
