Qiu Yan Wen

WEN QIUYAN 1975, from Chengdu, Sichuan Hong Kong Society of Fine Artists member Studied painting with her father at age three, then trained under Professor Wang Jiayou of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute for nearly fifteen years, later becoming a disciple of renowned professors Zhao Shutong, Jia Xingtong, and others. Her works have been exhibited in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, and other domestic and international venues, highly sought after by collectors. Representative works include “Tibetan Customs,” “Hometown,” and “Waiting.” In 2006, her pencil sketch series “Yi Ethnic Group Customs” was collected; in 2011, her oil painting “Autumn Mood” was collected by Singaporean Senator Pai Chen-Hua; in 2012, her oil painting series “Jiuzhaigou Paradise” was collected by renowned Chinese composer Zhang Yanlin.
