Personal Profile

Huang Ping, styled Wentai, also known as Monk Xinyin, master of Jingxin Studio, Jiukong, Ye Qiu, etc., was born in 1990 in Jianyang, Chengdu, Sichuan. He began studying traditional Chinese painting at the age of eleven, initially learning landscape painting from Master Wang Fucai of Jiulong Mountain, followed by meticulous-style painting and bird-and-flower subjects under Sheng Shufeng. After receiving guidance from teachers such as Wang Fuyong, Chen Jianwen, and Wang Shuwei, he began studying calligraphy under Master Yang Xiaoyong in 2016 and became a formal disciple of the Qiuyun School.He is currently a member of calligraphy associations in multiple provinces and municipalities of China.
