Personal Profile

Liao Maosen, pen name Zhi Shui Ren Shan, studio name Nanxiang Tang, holds a postgraduate degree, is a renowned calligrapher and well-known curator. He has served as Director of the Cultural Center Station in Zhuyuan Township, Qingchuan County; Deputy Director of the Party and Government Office (acting director); Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee; Township Mayor; Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Congress. He was also Director of the Organization Department of the Guangyuan Municipal Committee (Municipal Grassroots Office), Director of the Talent Section; Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Bailong Lake Administration of Guangyuan City; and Member of the Party Leadership Group and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guangyuan Municipal Tourism Bureau (later upgraded to the Tourism Development Commission). He is currently the full-time Vice Chairman of the Guangyuan Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He has been awarded multiple honors, including Outstanding Leading Cadre at the municipal and county levels, Outstanding Communist Party Member, and Outstanding Secretary of Grassroots Party Organizations.
