Luo Huiwen, male, from Ziyang, Sichuan, born in 1953, holds a university degree in medicine, and is a member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. He is a member of the Yanjiang District Calligraphers Association, the Ziyang City Calligraphers Association, and the Sichuan Province Calligraphers Association. He also serves as Vice President and Secretary-General of the Yanjiang District Elderly Poetry, Painting, and Calligraphy Research Association. Since childhood, he has been passionate about calligraphy and seal carving. He specializes in regular script and running script. He has won numerous awards, including Excellence Awards, Silver Medals, and Gold Medals, at exhibitions at the Yanjiang District, Ziyang City, Sichuan Province, and national levels. In 2017, he won the Silver Medal in the Calligraphy Category of the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2018, he won the Silver Medal in the Calligraphy Category of the 2nd "Danqing Chinese Dream" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2019, he won the Silver Medal in the Calligraphy Category of the "Baihua Yingchun" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2019, he won the Gold Medal in the Calligraphy Category of the 2nd "Lanting Art Award" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2020, he won the Silver Medal in the First National Art Star Competition, among others.
