Linghu Weipeng (original name), pen name Long Hua, zi Zhi Xu, from Yuncheng, Shanxi Province (ancient "Hedong"), graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, a student of Liu Wenshi, founder of the Loess School and the artist who created the portrait of Chairman Mao on the fifth series of RMB.
