Hua Fu Jun, ancestral home Shanxi, Artisan of Fine Arts, member of the Inner Mongolia Artists Association, member of the China Democratic建国Association of Inner Mongolia, Vice Chairman of the Saihan District Calligraphers Association, studied in 2016 at the Qinghua Academy of Fine Arts’ advanced research class on Qiao Sen’s expressive freehand flower-and-bird painting.
His works have been exhibited multiple times within and outside the region and have received awards.
In 1991, his fine art design work won the Silver Award at the Second Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Packaging and Decoration Competition.
In 1995, his fine art design work won the Bronze Award at the Third North China Region Packaging Competition.
In 2013, his ink painting "Autumn Rhythm" won the Special Prize in the Calligraphy and Painting Competition hosted by the China 20 Provinces and Cities Calligraphy and Artists Association.
In 2014, his landscape painting "Homes Behind the Mountain" was selected for the exhibition of artworks celebrating the 65th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China, hosted by the Inner Mongolia Artists Association.
In 2015, his flower-and-bird painting "Morning Sun Blooms Gold Across the Hillside" was selected for the calligraphy and painting exhibition "Yinshan Sentiment, Chile Rhythm," hosted by the Inner Mongolia Cultural History Museum, and was collected.
In 2016, his flower-and-bird painting "Gourd" won the Gold Award in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition commemorating the 123rd Anniversary of Chairman Mao Zedong’s Birth, hosted by the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting.
In 2016, his ink painting "Soon to Be Realized" was selected for the "Year of the Rooster: National Master Exhibition of Chicken Paintings," hosted by the Tianjin Artists Association, collected, and published in a nationally distributed book.
