He Liu, original name He Quanniu, styled Master of Youran Hall, is from Shaanxi Xi'an, China. He serves as the First Vice President of the Northwest Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, China University of International Calligraphy and Painting; Director of the Lintong Branch; Secretary-General of the Lintong Branch of the Shengtang Calligraphy and Painting Academy of Xi'an, Shaanxi; Executive President of the Third Branch of the Global Chinese Association Academy of Calligraphy and Painting; Featured Artist of the Sydney China Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Australia; Member of the Shaanxi Senior Calligraphy and Painting Association; Member of the Shaanxi Old Cadres Jinqiu Calligraphy and Painting Society; President of the Daiwang Wedding Exchange Association in Xi'an; Academician of the Chinese Ministers and Generals Calligraphy and Painting Academy; Academician of the Xi'an Fumin Calligraphy and Painting Academy; Research Fellow of the Xi'an Lidong Literature and Calligraphy Academy; Invited participant in the "Belt and Road" Shaanxi Calligraphy and Art Exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand.
