Wu Ruiyun, female, from Xi'an City. Shaanxi Daily Newspaper Senior Economist, Administrative Deputy Division Level. Currently a member of the Shaanxi Artists Association, Deputy Director of the Xi'an Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the Lanzhou Military Region, Council Member of the Shaanxi News Calligraphy and Painting Association, Senior Researcher at the Chanba Research and Creation Studio of the Shaanxi Provincial Government Huanglou Calligraphy and Painting Society, Researcher at the Shaanxi Chang'an Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, among others.
