Personal Profile

Li Yaozhi is from Huyi District, Xi'an. He is a member of the Xi'an Calligraphers Association, a member of the Xi'an Modern Calligraphy and Painting Research Society, a member of the China International Calligraphy Artists Association, a council member of the Shanglinyuan Poetry and Couplet Society of Huyi District, head of the Calligraphy Art Department, and a standing council member of the Huyi District Staff Art Research Association. His calligraphy works have been published in numerous newspapers and magazines, including special features in "Chang'an Couplet Garden," "Staff Art Newspaper," and "Famous Artists Garden" published by China Art Publishing House. He won the Gold Award in the nationwide "Chinese Soul, Big Ink Cup" Calligraphy Competition. His works have been collected by several universities and military institutions.
