Xin Pingfa, style name Xinping, pseudonym Ziwei Mo Ren. Han ethnicity, born in August 1964 in Binzhou City, Shaanxi Province. Graduated from the Mathematics Department of Xianyang Normal University in July 1986 with a bachelor's degree and holds a senior professional title.
He has loved calligraphy and writing since childhood, studying under local calligraphy masters by practicing copybooks. During his university years, he studied calligraphy theory and composition under the guidance of Teacher Zhang Zongbei. In middle age, he participated in online calligraphy courses, watching instructional videos by Master Qi Gong, Teacher Yang Zaichun, and Teacher Tian Yingzhang.Member of the Chinese Contemporary Masters of Calligraphy and Painting Association, member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, member of the Shaanxi Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of the Global Chinese General Association, and member of the Binzhou City Calligraphers Association.
