Personal Profile

Chen Shousui, from Xi'an, master of Banmeng Studio, also known as Yantong Jushi.Since childhood, he has been deeply passionate about painting and calligraphy, and is a direct disciple of Kang Aihua, son of Kang Siyao, founder of the Chang'an Painting School. He graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 1996, specializing in landscape, vibrant color, and figure painting. For over twenty years, he has been dedicated to the art of painting. He is currently a standing director of the Qinlong Academy of Painting, a senior advisor to Contemporary Artists Network, a senior painter at the China-Bos Art and Culture International Center, and a member of the China-Korea Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
