Zhao Liying, pen name Qingshan Jushi, studio name Qingshan Tang, was born in 1974 in Shaanxi, Xi'an. He is currently a member of the Shaanxi Artists Association, a National First-Class Artist, a painter at the Xi'an Chinese Painting Academy, a council member of the Xi'an Artists Association, Secretary-General and Vice Chairman of the Lintong Artists Association, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Deputy President of the China Boda Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, Deputy Director of the China International Cultural Development Center, and a council member of the Chinese Painters Association
