He Zhengfa: A distinguished contemporary artist of the post-80s generation, National First-Class Artist, Member of the China Calligraphers Association; Member of the China Artists Association, seal carver, cultural scholar, and lay Buddhist.He was instructed by Mr. Kang Ning, a renowned Chinese painting master and direct disciple of Master Li Kuchan. His seal carving was guided by masters of the Xiling Seal Art Society: Wei Jie, Xue Ni, Zhao Xiong, Xie Jiyuan, and others. His tiger paintings were taught by masters such as Wang Shenyong, Liu Jibiao, Xu Wenlüe, Li Fengjun, Liu Sande, Wang Jianmin, and others.。Artistic aliases: Fa Zhe, Chang’an Tiger Enthusiast, Master of Xiaochan Studio.58th-generation descendant of He Zhizhang, Grand Secretary of the Tang Dynasty’s Ministry of Rites and a giant of literature and calligraphy.Having inherited family traditions from an early age, he was profoundly influenced and mentored by his uncle He Jingzhi and brothers He Cheng, He Tianfei, He Hucheng, He Chengcai. He became legendary for his tiger paintings, studying under Master Qi Shifang as a second-generation disciple of Master Tang Jian. Proficient in finger-painting. Currently serving as President of the China Institute of Animal Painting, Vice President of the China He Zhizhang Culture and Art Research Institute, and Honorary President of Xi’an Qujiang Cultural College. Shaanxi Artists Association member. Vice President of the Chang’an Laozi Culture Research Institute. His works have been auctioned at high prices by leading auction houses including Libang, Qinbaozhai,嘉德 (Jiade), Poly, and Duoyunxuan. The painting Thousand Tigers: Divine Majesty is collected by the Beijing Palace Museum. The Buddha Preaching is collected by the Xuzhou Museum.
