Jia Binghui, employee of the Binzhou Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. in Shaanxi Province, position: Technician, title: Engineer, enjoys practicing calligraphy, and in 2017 was honored with an Excellent Award in the China Art Network Calligraphy Competition, for which a certificate was awarded.
