Zhang Fazhan, courtesy name Jiafa, art name Master of Hanming Studio, a renowned Chinese realist painter and Director of the China Folk Art Academy. Member of the China Collectors Association, President of the Shangluo Branch of the Shaanxi Folk Collectors Association. With over thirty years of experience in painting art, he has never held exhibitions or engaged in promotional hype. He is down-to-earth and diligent, specializing in flower-and-bird painting. His grape paintings are acclaimed as a unique masterpiece in China—vivid and lifelike. His peony works appeal to both refined and popular tastes and are cherished by countless households and enthusiasts. In particular, his plum blossom paintings have won numerous national and provincial awards. After more than twenty years of collecting, he has amassed over ten thousand pieces and established his own private collection museum.
