       Zhou Chunming, pen name Zhuanzi, pseudonym Shimochi, born in 1963, is from Shangnan, Shaanxi. He is a police officer at Shangzhou Prison in Shaanxi Province and a renowned artist in calligraphy and seal carving. He is a researcher at the China Calligraphers Association and a member of the Shaanxi Calligraphers Association. Passionate about calligraphy and seal carving since childhood, he learns from ancient masters without being bound by tradition, integrating imagery with content and combining artistic concepts with emotional expression, thus creating his unique "Xingyi" (figurative-ideographic) school of seal carving. His works have appeared in over 50 newspapers and periodicals, including the *People's Daily Overseas Edition*, *Procuratorate Daily*, *Calligraphy Newspaper*, *Artist Newspaper*, and *Macao Chinese Baihua* magazine, totaling more than a thousand pieces. He has won nearly 20 awards in national calligraphy and painting competitions and was honored by the Ministry of Culture as one of the "Top 100 Masters of Chinese Seal Carving." Over 20 television stations and publications have featured reviews and reports on his work, acclaiming him as the "First Master of Xingyi Seal Carving," with nearly 50 of his works treasured by calligraphy and seal carving enthusiasts.
