Wang Mingqiang, also known as Qin Yongren, was born in Fengxiang, Shaanxi, and holds a junior college degree. He is currently a National First-Class Calligrapher. Member of the China Calligraphers Association, Special Appointed Calligrapher of the China National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, Member of the China Charity Federation, Member of the Shaanxi Calligraphers Association, Member of the Shaanxi Charitable Professionals Association, Researcher at the Shaanxi Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, Vice President of the Xi'an Tongren Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and Member of the Baoji City Couplets Association.
