Xi Xingmu, pen name Bingchuan,Shaanxi Province, Xi'an,Director of the China Society of Art,Party Secretary of the Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute of the China Realist Calligraphy and Painting Association,Honorary President of the Northwest Branch of the Global Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.Member of the Shaanxi Provincial Calligraphers Association.In 1996, at the age of sixty, Xi Xingmu began studying calligraphy. He integrated the works of ancient masters and contemporary outstanding artists into a unique style of his own. His works are highly appreciated by numerous calligraphy and painting enthusiasts. On December 5, 2015, his one-stroke tiger was collected by a French lady for 6,000 euros. On June 6, 2017, his work was collected by Mr. Wang Peiyang, President of the China Society of Art, and is now displayed at Beijing Hotel.
