Quan Mingli, male, Han ethnicity. Born in September 1963 in Chang'an, Shaanxi. He has loved traditional painting art since childhood. In 1978, he participated in painting training classes with Yang Xiaoyang and others, but later put it aside due to work commitments. In 2014, under the guidance of the renowned painter Master Che Hongru (Yi Ding), he diligently studied the styles of contemporary famous painters from various schools. Focusing on his strengths, he specializes in flowers and birds—particularly peonies and chickens—and also studies landscape painting. Through diligent practice and absorbing the strengths of diverse artists, he has developed his own unique style. His work "Peony, the True Essence of National Beauty" was exhibited in Pakistan and collected, and has won multiple awards in various local calligraphy and painting exhibitions, earning widespread appreciation and collection among art enthusiasts. He is currently a member of the Xi'an Artists Association, a professional researcher at the Guodu Branch of the Shaanxi Senior Calligraphy and Painting Society, a academician of the Chang'an Branch of the China Realist Calligraphy and Painting Association, and an academician of the Shaanxi Taibai Institute of Calligraphy.
